The Phat Life began as a platform to find like-minded friends to build a community to inspire self-love, body positivity, and celebrate personal growth while sharing a love for common interests. Over time, it evolved into a deeper journey of spirituality, healing, and empowerment.

The Circle for Inner Alchemy was born out of a desire to explore a deeper journey that aligns with the cycles of the moon, the wisdom of astrology, the transformative power of shadow work, and so much more.

Meet Ash Mac:
The Heart Behind The Circle
a single mom, intuitive coach, and community leader from East Tennessee. My journey started as a makeup artist, but a life-changing experience in 2018 led me to embrace my intuition and passion for spirituality.
Now, through The Circle for Inner Alchemy, I guide others on their paths to self-love, transformation, and empowerment with intuitive readings and coaching. My mission is to inspire, connect, and support others in embracing their authentic selves.
